Returns
Due to the nature of our diagnostic testing products and services, we do not accept physical returns, exchanges, or restocking of kits. Returned kits cannot be resold, reused, or restocked.
Refunds
All purchases are final at the time an order is placed. Due to the nature of our diagnostic testing
products and services, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after an order has been placed.
In the event that a customer receives an incorrect product, a damaged or defective kit, or experiences a verified service failure, Petwealth may, at its sole discretion, provide a
replacement kit or other appropriate resolution.
