Creator & Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1.Product Seeding & Required Content

Complimentary Petwealth product is provided in exchange for content and is not an unconditional gift.

If accepted into the Petwealth Creator Program, Creator may select one (1) eligible complimentary Petwealth test kit, subject to product availability and any campaign-specific limitations established by Petwealth.

For each agreed product-seeding collaboration, Creator agrees to:

• •Publish at least one (1) in-feed social media post featuring the Petwealth product on Instagram or TikTok, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• •Publish the required content within thirty (30) days of receiving the Petwealth product, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Petwealth.
• •Follow the Petwealth Social Media Playbook, campaign brief, product instructions, and approved messaging.
• •Clearly disclose the Creator’s relationship with Petwealth and receipt of complimentary product in accordance with applicable FTC endorsement requirements.
• •Provide Petwealth with the live post or content link once published, upon request.

Acceptance of complimentary product constitutes the Creator’s agreement to fulfill the applicable content requirement.

Failure to publish the agreed content within the required thirty (30) day period, unless an extension or alternative timeline has been approved by Petwealth in writing, may result in removal from the Petwealth Creator Program, suspension of affiliate benefits, and ineligibility for future product seeding, paid campaigns, or other collaborations.

2.Minimum Content Live Period

Creator agrees that any required social media post created in exchange for complimentary Petwealth product must remain publicly available on the Creator’s applicable Instagram or TikTok account for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days from the original publication date, unless otherwise approved by Petwealth in writing.

Creator may not delete, archive, hide, materially alter, or otherwise make the required content unavailable during the 90-day period without Petwealth’s prior written approval.

If content must be removed or modified due to platform requirements, legal or regulatory concerns, or another circumstance outside of the Creator’s reasonable control, Creator agrees to promptly notify Petwealth and reasonably cooperate on a replacement post or other mutually agreed solution.

Removal of required content before the end of the 90-day period without Petwealth’s approval will be considered a failure to fulfill the collaboration requirements and may result in removal from the Petwealth Creator Program, suspension or deactivation of affiliate benefits, and ineligibility for future product seeding, paid campaigns, or other Petwealth collaborations.

3.Social Media Playbook & Brand Standards

Creator agrees to review and follow the Petwealth Social Media Playbook provided with the collaboration.

The Playbook serves as the primary creative and brand standard for Petwealth content, including brand voice, visual direction, messaging, creative standards, and content do’s and don’ts.

Creator must also follow any campaign-specific creative brief, talking points, product instructions, or other direction provided by Petwealth.

Content should remain authentic to the Creator while accurately representing Petwealth and maintaining Petwealth’s established brand standards.

All content must:

• •Be original and created by the Creator.
• •Accurately reflect the Creator’s genuine experience.
• •Follow the Petwealth Social Media Playbook and applicable campaign brief.
• •Accurately represent Petwealth products, services, and testing capabilities.
• •Use Petwealth-approved product descriptions, claims, statistics, and technical language.
• •Clearly disclose the Creator’s relationship with Petwealth when required.
• •Avoid false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated health or product claims.
• •Avoid diagnosing conditions, recommending treatment, guaranteeing health outcomes, or suggesting that Petwealth replaces veterinary care.
• •Follow Petwealth-provided collection and product-use instructions when demonstrating Petwealth products.

4.Content Review, Compliance, Correction & Removal

Petwealth may review Creator content for brand consistency, factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, required disclosures, product accuracy, and alignment with the Petwealth Social Media Playbook, campaign brief, and these Terms.

Creator may not knowingly publish false, misleading, inaccurate, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated information regarding Petwealth, its products, testing capabilities, results, veterinary applications, or health outcomes.

Petwealth reserves the right to require the immediate correction, modification, or removal of Creator content if Petwealth reasonably determines that the content:

• •Violates these Terms, the Petwealth Social Media Playbook, or an applicable campaign brief;
• •Contains inaccurate, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated statements or product claims;
• •Contains health, veterinary, scientific, diagnostic, or product claims that have not been approved by Petwealth;
• •Fails to include a required FTC, sponsorship, affiliate, complimentary-product, or other applicable disclosure;
• •Incorrectly represents Petwealth products, services, testing capabilities, results, instructions, or intended use;
• •Violates applicable law, regulation, advertising requirements, platform policies, or intellectual property rights; or
• •Creates, or could reasonably create, legal, regulatory, reputational, consumer-safety, or brand risk for Petwealth.

Upon receiving notice from Petwealth, Creator agrees to promptly correct, modify, or remove the applicable content as directed by Petwealth and reasonably cooperate with Petwealth in addressing the compliance concern.

Petwealth may also require Creator to publish corrected content, an updated disclosure, or other clarification when reasonably necessary to address inaccurate or potentially misleading information previously published.

Failure to comply with a Petwealth correction or removal request may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Petwealth Creator Program, deactivation of affiliate links or discount codes, withholding of unpaid commissions associated with non-compliant activity where permitted, and ineligibility for future product seeding, paid campaigns, affiliate opportunities, or other Petwealth collaborations.

Nothing in this section requires a Creator to express a positive opinion of Petwealth or its products. Any endorsement or statement regarding the Creator’s personal experience must reflect the Creator’s honest opinion and actual experience.

5.Organic Content Usage

Creator retains ownership of their original content.

Creator grants Petwealth a worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, display, and repurpose approved Creator content across Petwealth-owned organic channels, including Petwealth social media, website, email, e-commerce, public relations, sales materials, retail/B2B materials, and other owned marketing channels.

Petwealth will use reasonable efforts to tag or otherwise credit Creator when reposting Creator content on its organic social channels where the applicable platform and content format allow.

Petwealth may also request to collaborate on the Creator’s original Instagram or other applicable social post.

Creator authorizes Petwealth to use the Creator’s name, social handle, image, voice, and likeness as they appear within approved content used by Petwealth.

6.Paid Advertising & Partnership Rights

Paid advertising, whitelisting, partnership ads, boosting through the Creator’s account, or other paid media usage are not automatically included in the product-seeding collaboration.

As part of the Creator application, Petwealth may ask whether Creator is open to allowing Creator content to be used for paid advertising. An indication that Creator is open to paid advertising does not, by itself, grant Petwealth paid media usage rights.

Petwealth reserves the option to request paid media usage rights for Creator content.

If Petwealth would like to use Creator content for paid advertising or run advertising through the Creator’s social account or handle, Petwealth will contact Creator directly to coordinate and obtain the necessary permissions, usage rights, duration, platform access, and any additional compensation, if applicable.

Creator is not required to agree to paid advertising usage as a condition of participating in the initial product-seeding program unless otherwise specified for a particular campaign.

7.Affiliate Program

Creators participating in the Petwealth Affiliate Program may receive a unique 10% discount code and/or affiliate link to share with their audience.

Creators will earn a 10% commission on eligible sales attributed to their unique code or affiliate link, subject to the applicable program requirements.

Affiliate links have a 7-day attribution window.

Creator agrees that:

• •Codes and links may be shared through the Creator’s own organic social channels or directly with their audience or potential customers.
• •Codes and links may not be submitted to, posted on, or intentionally distributed through third-party coupon, deal, discount, cashback, or promotional-code websites.
• •Creator may not purchase advertising against Petwealth trademarks, brand terms, or Creator discount codes without written authorization from Petwealth.
• •Creator may not misrepresent the available discount or create unauthorized Petwealth promotions.
• •Creator may not intentionally generate commissions through fraudulent, artificial, or otherwise improper transactions.
• •Petwealth may withhold or reverse commissions associated with returns, refunds, cancellations, fraudulent transactions, program misuse, or other ineligible transactions.
• •Petwealth reserves the right to change, refresh, deactivate, suspend, or replace a Creator’s affiliate link or discount code at any time.

Commission payment timing and payment method will be communicated separately by Petwealth or through the applicable affiliate platform.

8.Ongoing Creator Partnerships

Receiving complimentary product or participating in an initial campaign does not guarantee an ongoing partnership, future complimentary product, or paid collaboration.

Petwealth may choose to continue working with Creators who consistently meet content requirements, align with the Petwealth brand, and perform well.

Ongoing opportunities may include quarterly product seeding, additional campaigns, affiliate opportunities, paid content, events, or other collaborations.

Petwealth reserves the right to pause or end a Creator’s participation in the program if content requirements are not fulfilled, affiliate terms are violated, brand guidelines are not followed, or the Creator is otherwise no longer an appropriate fit for Petwealth.

9.FTC & Advertising Compliance

Creator is responsible for complying with applicable FTC endorsement and advertising requirements.

Any material connection to Petwealth, including complimentary product, payment, commissions, discounts, or other benefits, must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed when required.

Creator may not conceal or misrepresent the nature of their relationship with Petwealth.

10.Third-Party Content & Intellectual Property

Creator represents that content submitted or published as part of the collaboration will not knowingly infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.

Creator is responsible for obtaining appropriate permission or licensing for music, photography, footage, individuals, or other third-party materials incorporated into their content.

Petwealth trademarks, logos, packaging, product names, graphics, and other proprietary materials remain the property of Petwealth and may only be used in connection with an approved Petwealth collaboration.

11.Confidentiality

Creator agrees not to disclose confidential or non-public information received from Petwealth, including unreleased products, testing information, internal materials, campaign strategies, partnerships, pricing not yet publicly announced, business plans, or other information reasonably understood to be confidential.

This obligation continues after the Creator’s participation in the program ends.

12.Animal Welfare

Creator agrees that no animal will be intentionally harmed, distressed, endangered, or subjected to inappropriate treatment for the purpose of creating Petwealth content.

Any product collection, sampling, or demonstration shown in Creator content must follow the instructions provided by Petwealth.

13.Program Participation & Termination

Petwealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate Creator’s participation in the Petwealth Creator Program for material violations of these Terms, including:

• •Failure to fulfill agreed posting requirements;
• •Failure to publish required content within the applicable 30-day period;
• •Early removal, archiving, or hiding of required content;
• •Misleading, inaccurate, or unapproved product or health claims;
• •Failure to provide required disclosures;
• •Failure to comply with a correction or removal request;
• •Affiliate program misuse;
• •Breach of confidentiality; or
• •Misuse of Petwealth intellectual property.

Termination of participation does not affect Petwealth’s rights to Creator content previously granted under these Terms for the applicable agreed usage period.

14.Creator Acknowledgment

By submitting an application to and subsequently accepting participation in the Petwealth Creator Program, Creator acknowledges that information provided in their application may be used by Petwealth to evaluate and administer their participation in the program.

By accepting complimentary Petwealth product, participating in the Petwealth Affiliate Program, or accepting a Petwealth creator collaboration, Creator acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to:

• •These Petwealth Creator & Affiliate Collaboration Terms;
• •The Petwealth Social Media Playbook;
• •Any applicable campaign-specific requirements;
• •The required content and 30-day posting commitment;
• •The 90-day minimum content live period;
• •Petwealth’s organic content usage rights described in these Terms; and
• •The Affiliate Program terms, if participating in the Affiliate Program.

Any Creator response indicating openness to paid advertising during the application process is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a grant of paid advertising, whitelisting, partnership-ad, or other paid media rights to Petwealth.
